As you all know, I’m into my health and fitness, there’s nothing that gets me excited as a great healthy breakfast and then getting to the gym for a quick workout – it’s my happy place!
I’ve made a discovery though, vibration plates! They’re awesome, and I’ll tell you why!
Workouts Loads Quicker
It’s a huge time saver! I’ve done a bit of research, asked a few questions and generally been a bit nosey and apparently you get an average of 40 muscle flexes per second which means you’re using your muscles a lot more than you would with normal exercise, which is great!
It’s Easy Peasy
I’ve seen people head into the gym and wonder around not knowing what to do, they’re intimidating places, we’ve all been there! Vibration plates are a bit of an unearthed gem though, they’re always tucked away nicely in the corner and the control panel is so easy, jump on and push the start button
Quick Tip: There’s usually a poster with exercises next to the vibration plates in most gyms.
